Dipanwit Dashmohapatra, a brilliant Indian actor and theater artist, hails from Soro in the Balasore district. Born on August 14th, 1995, to Jeetendra Dashmohapatra and Jyotsna Dashmohapatra, he began his journey towards artistic excellence from a young age.
Educated at Ramakrishna Sikshya Niketana and S.N. High School in Soro, Dipanwit furthered his academic pursuits at Upendra College for his higher secondary education. Subsequently, he pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering from ITER, SOA University in Bhubaneswar.

In the realm of entertainment, Dipanwit has made significant contributions to both Ollywood and Odia theaters. His journey into the Ollywood industry was marked by collaborations with renowned figures like Samaresh Routray's production house, OdiaOne. Notably, his performances in musical videos and web series, including the acclaimed "Rabana Podi" by S3 Movies, garnered widespread recognition.
However, Dipanwit's breakthrough came with his role in the nationally acclaimed movie "DAMAN," where he showcased his talent alongside the popular Ollywood artist Babushan. His ascent to prominence continued with his debut as a lead actor in the critically acclaimed film "Pratikshya." The movie received accolades, including selection for screening in the Indian Panorama section of IFFI 2022 and the prestigious Best Story Feature Film Award at the Washington DC South Asia Film Festival (DCSAFF) 2022.
